PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We understand your need for reassurance and that no property is the same. Our tailor-made management packages are delivered for you to match your requirements. Our experience and knowledge in the industry allows us to offer you and your guests peace of mind and deliver a first-class service.
Whether you live locally or afar we can ensure your property is well cared for and maintained to a high standard.
Housekeeping
Your property will be thoroughly cleaned and checked between each guest to our exacting standards using quality products and equipment. All area of the property will be cleaned, from the beams down to the skirting, we will personally check your property before your guest arrives to make sure everything is ready and welcoming. We can also arrange for your windows to be cleaned at regular intervals to your requirements.
We use trusted local companies to carry out carpet cleaning and deep cleaning of ovens and hobs if required.
Guest Experience
It is vital that your guests receive a stress free holiday! Our aim is to deliver first class customer service to your guests, letting them know we are here and available. This allows you as the owner to take a step back and be assured your guests are being taken care of.
We will contact your guests before arrival to introduce ourselves and answer any questions they may have. We offer a full call out services during their stay to ensure you guests are looked after and any issue is dealt with quickly.
Maintenance
Any maintenance issues on changeovers will be dealt with by our own in-house service and local contractors we work alongside.
We offer a bespoke maintenance service for Holiday let properties to help get your property ready for the holiday market. Anything from fitting a plug to full property renovation. We carry out annual maintenance services to keep your property looking fresh and advice on maintenance issues.
Laundry
Our own in-house laundry service will ensure your linen is cleaned and cared for – No missing bed linen here!
We carry out a full laundry service, laundering, drying and ironing. We can also arrange for yearly cleaning of duvets.
Legislation
Not many property owners know that if you are going to let your property to the public that it needs to be up to date with ever changing legislation.
We provide an annual planned service to make sure your property is fully compliant.
